Sloan School of Music is the area’s top private music lesson provider. Founded in 2020, they now offer both private and group lessons, music therapy and sell instruments from the industry’s top manufacturers such as Yamaha, C.F. Martin, and PRS Guitars. Sloan hosts more than 50 free student recital events annually.

Paul the manager has shown that Sloan Urbana is a cut above the rest. I went in with specific needs for a guitar amplifier. He actually listened to what I was looking for and he came up with a more than perfect solution. Awesome selection!! My eye is still on that Silver Sky 😉

If you want to learn how to play a bluegrass instrument, this is the place to come. Dave Asti who is extremely accomplished on all the instruments is a gem for Sloanes. I am in my late 60's and just started taking fiddle (violin) Lessons. Dave is patient and highly knowledgeable. He is also a champion banjo picker who played for a renowned bluegrass band out of wv. Take advantage of this talented instructor
